Dam Release 1600 CFS Tues
The National Weather Service reports.....
The flood warning continues for the Sheyenne River at Valley city, from late Tuesday night to Saturday morning. (Mar 16-20) At 11:00 pm Monday the stage was 10.4 feet, major flood stage is 17.0 feet. The forecast calls for a rise above flood stage by Wednesday morning and continue to rise to 17-19 feet due to local runoff... Baldhill release increases to 1600cfs today. The River will fall below flood stage by Friday before midnight.
